Marc Torche Chefs Table
Are you still looking for a unique dining experience for your birthday, company Christmas dinner, or other special occasion? Our chef Marc Torche will cook exclusively for you in his “Küchenbeiz,” a glass-enclosed room in our restaurant kitchen. You can watch him cook live and will also be served exciting “food facts.” In the restaurant, but as a group to yourselves, you can enjoy a culinary evening full of variety. Wild -Season at DUCAN
Starting September 5, we will be conjuring up exquisite game and autumn menus for you. Enjoy a cozy evening in our 'Arvenstube' and let us spoil you.
Our culinary autumn events will take place as follows:
- On September 20 and October 4, Marc Torche invites you to his CHEF'S TABLE, where he will cook for you live!
- On October 18 and November 1, we invite you to WILD-TAVOLATA, where we will spoil you with local game.
Restaurant Ducan and Restaurant Spina
The Ducan restaurant will take over management of the Spina restaurant from the winter season, December 19, 2025. The restaurant will be run by Michael Schibli. All information will be available here shortly.
